Before Leigh took this position, she spent 2 and a half years as a judicial assistant for a Fulton County Superior Court judge. In this position, Leigh acted as a liaison between the judge and attorneys, other agencies, and the public. She also published court calendars, completed dispositions, and provided in court support for the judge.
Leigh also spent 15 years working as a case manager for a criminal defense law firm. Leigh’s experience as a prosecutor, judges’ clerk, case manager, and defense attorney is invaluable. Leigh is one of only a handful of attorneys in the entire State of Georgia to hold all 4 of these positions, thus giving her unique insight into the inner workings of criminal cases and the criminal justice system.
